1.Brief Introduction to CK45 Piston Rod

The product surface is specially ground and is processed by hard chromium plating technology, and then it is mirror polished, with characteristics of friction resistance and corrosion resistance. The piston rods can be used as guide rods and post rods for all kinds of air cylinders, oil cylinders, packaging machines, woodworking machines, textile machines, printing and dyeing machines, die-casting machines, injection molding machines, and other machines, etc.

3.High Frequency: It refers to a heat treatment process that, after austenization, steel is cooled at a proper speed to incur transformation of martensite and other unstable organizational structures in the whole or certain range of cross section of work pieces.

Thermal Refining: Generally, the heat treatment method combined of quenching and high-temperature tempering is called thermal refining, which is widely applied to various important structural parts, especially the connecting rods, bolts, gears and shafts working under alternating load. The tempered sorbite has better mechanical property than normalized sorbite of the same hardness. Its hardness depends on tempering temperature and relates to stability of tempering and sectional dimension of workpiece, and is generally HB200-350.
